Good Charlotte posts studio update

Frontman Joel Madden of Good Charlotte has posted an update from the studio, where the band are recording their fifth studio record.

'So right now we are in the studio working on Good Charlotte album 5. I can honestly say its the best songs we've ever written. We are taking our time with this one, so we are still just writing. Im not sure when we will start recording but i know it will be out sometime in 2009. Right now its sound like a mix between album 1 and album 2, mixed with something else i cant really put my finger on it. But its sounding cool.

Anyways, i really do hope that everyone out there is having good holidays. I can say that this year for me and my family has been a really blessed one. I can also say from me and my family to all of you, we wish all of you good health and happiness for the holidays, and for 2009! At the end of the day all we really have is the ones we love. I feel like the luckiest guy alive and i really hope everyone reading this has a reason to feel that way too.

Alright if i don't blog again til next year have a happy holiday, merry christmas, and really happy new year.......
