The Color Fred has announced he is working n acoustic EP. He said in a myspace blog:

"Hey,
We had a FULL HOUSE at the Beat Kitchen in Chicago last week! Thanks to Dallas of City and Colour and everyone who came out. It was a great warm-up for the Acoustic tour coming up with Craig Owens.
