According to drummer Andy Hurley, Fall Out Boy are officially on hiatus.

Hurley posted on his twitter:

"everyone, when i say im recording, its with burning empires. fob is on hiatus. for real"

Edit: Hurley later posted the following on twitter:

"everyone, when i said fob was on hiatus, i didnt mean hiatus. i meant break. which is what i understood hiatus to mean."
