The Academy Is To Play 'Almost Here' Show

To celebrate the five year anniversary of the band's debut album 'Almost Here', The Academy Is have announced a special hometown show at Chicago's Metro on February 6th, 2010 with support from Sing It Loud.

Adam Siska made the following statement:

"On behalf of my band, I am excited to announce that we will be playing a SPECIAL SHOW at the Metro on February 6th to celebrate the FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF ALMOST HERE'S RELEASE!!!

Almost Here has always been a reminder of where we come from, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate with all of you at our favorite venue in the world.

Tickets will be onsale this Saturday with a special pre-sale for our wonderful fanclub this Thursday the 17th."
