Fightstar Take Break Until 2011

Fightstar will be taking a break until 2011.

Charlie recently explained why;

"As you may know though, we as a collective band and as individuals have decided that it's in all of our best interests to be taking an extended break for a period of time. Six years of continuous touring, writing and recording drains and exhausts you mentally and emotionally. Rest assured that we'll be back in 2011 with a new record and some new tours for you all! In the meantime, I'm up at 4.30am writing for an acoustic solo record (isn't that ironic!?), and we'll all be keeping busy during our period away from the band. My brother's are also releasing new records later this year. Prego will be releasing their debut full-length Start Stop this summer, whilst Brigade are currently writing and demoing some new material for their third album."
