Hey Monday's Cassadee Pope Facing $50 Million Lawsuit

Hey Monday's Cassadee Pope is being sued for $50 million by Driven Entertainment Group, claiming none of her success would of been possible without their early investment in Pope's singing, starting when she was 12.

Driven CEO Dominick Centi and wife Tammy, claim they discovered Pope in 2002 and have filed the breach-of-contract suit in Broward Circuit Court on Friday (July 8th), claiming that the 21-year-old singer turned her back on their professional relationship when she began receiving attention from one of Sony's record labels in 2007.
