Albums That Changed My Life: Tay Jardine (We Are The In Crowd)

This week's contributor for our "Albums That Changed My Life" feature is Tay Jardine of Poughkeepsie, NY's own We Are The In Crowd.

We put the question to Tay and this is what she came back with...

All of these records remind me of different stepping stones in my life...

The Starting Line - Direction

The Starting Line's "Direction" reminds me of when We Are The In Crowd first started as a band. We listened to this record a lot in the van on our first tours and still do.

Pink - Missundaztood

I listened to Pink a lot in middle school and high school, and grew to love her voice and it gave me confidence to find my own.

Relient K - Mmhmm

Relient K have always been a favorite band of mine, "Mmhmm" doesn't have one filler song on it and I never get sick of the record. When I first heard this record it made me want to write one with the same impact.

The Spill Canvas - One Fell Swoop

One Fell Swoop reminds me of my family. My siblings and I would cover songs from this record in my living room.
