Albums That Changed My Life: Brittany Harrell (Veara)
This week's slice of "Albums That Changed My Life" goodness comes from our good friend Brittany Harrell, drummer of Georgia's own pop-punk outfit, Veara. The band are currently hard at work writing their new album, which is slated for a release sometime next year.
Blink-182 - Enema Of The StateThis was the CD that got me into pop-punk and Blink-182. The track "Adams Song" changed the way I look at playing drums. I was about 12/13 years old at the time and it blew my mind.
Fall Out Boy - Take This To Your GraveThis is one of the catchiest pop-punk albums in my opinion. I love everything about it. I always listen to this CD for inspiration.
New Found Glory - Sticks and StonesI saw the video for "My Friends Over You" and I immediately fell in love. I loved how fun the music sounded. It was upbeat and could bring anybody up from being down just with one listen.
Justin Timberlake - Future Sex/Love SoundsIve been a fan of JT since the N'Sync days. It's very soulful and dance worthy. There are parts on this record that make you melt because he sells it so well.
