Albums That Changed My Life: Travis Clark (We The Kings)

This week's "Albums That Changed My Life" contributor is We The Kings frontman, Travis Clark!

The band, who are currently overseas wrapping up their European tour with Simple Plan, will be spending this summer on the Vans Warped Tour. Make sure to check the routing, to see if they are coming through to your town!

The Beatles - White Album

My mom was a singer and song writer and when I was growing up, she taught me how to play every song off this record! It was so cool to experience music with my mom and to be able to say that she is the reason that I am what I am today. It all started with the song "Blackbird."

Coldplay - X&Y

One of my favorite songs to date is "Fix You" by Coldplay. I've been playing piano since I was 5 years old and until this record I never thought of writing music on the piano. Since this record I've written half of our records on the piano!

Jimmy Eat World - Bleed American

One of the first shows I went to as a kid was Jimmy Eat World, Blink-182, and Green Day. JEW played first and I remember saying to myself, "I could start a band and possibly get a girlfriend!" hahaha!! They are still one of my favorite and most influential bands!

Blink-182 - Take Off Your Pants And Jacket

This record helped me in a lot of ways in High School... I was kind of a dorky kid and I loved listening to Blink because it let me feel like it was okay to be weird and funny!
