Simple Plan Cancel Sydney Show Today Due To Vocal Strain

Simple Plan have been forced to cancel tonight's Live Lounge show in Sydney, Australia due to frontman Pierre Bouvier needing to be on vocal rest at doctors' request, as a result of vocal strain.

Drummer Chuck Comeau released the following statement:

"Due to vocal strain, Pierre has been put on vocal rest by doctors’ order for the day and tonight’s Live Lounge gig had been cancelled. We’re very sorry to all our fans who were coming to see us play tonight. We encourage tix holders to still come out and hangout with us. Sebastien, David, Jeff and myself will be at The Standard starting at 6:30pm. Again, we are deeply sorry about this."
