This was the band that really intrigued my interest in Drive Thru Records. My friend showed me their "I'm Real" cover and I was like "What is this?! This rules!" Then I went on to buy this record and there is still not a single song that I skip on this album.
Counting Crows - August And Everything After
I think the way Adam Duritz writes lyrics is so unique and I love it. My
favorite song on this record in Round Here. It just really draws you in
and Adam is a great storyteller.
I didn't live in the best environment growing up, but when I would go in my room, lock the door and put this record on, everything felt okay.
Coheed And Cambria - In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth: 3
When I first heard this band, unlike most people, I fell in love with Claudio's [Sanchez, vocals/guitars] voice. I love the whole storyline too because I love comics. They are just awesome at writing really really fucking good songs.
