Cassadee Pope Confirms New Single "Wasting All These Tears"

Cassadee Pope has confirmed in a new interview with Charlotte radio station, 102.9, that the first single from her long-awaited (yet-to-be-titled) album will be, "Wasting All These Tears," and is scheduled to be released on June 4th.

Cassadee's new album is expected to release in the fall via Republic Nashville.

"The opening slot on the Rascal Flatts Live & Loud Tour this summer puts her head first into the world of country music. And she’s ready for it. 

“You can expect new songs, of course,” she says, and “I might throw in a cover or two in there.” But she goes on to say she may be most excited to play her new single “Wasting All These Tears” “because it’ll release June 4, which is really soon after the tour starts, and I’m excited to see the progression of people learning the song” at each of the tour stops.
