The frontman just listed online the 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,509 square foot home he bought in 2008 which includes views of the city, ocean, Lake Hollywood, vineyards and the iconic Hollywood sign, as well as Patrick's custom soundproofed recording studio.
