Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas Surprise Fans in Los Angeles and Perform "This Is Me" from 'Camp Rock'

Demi Lovato surprised fans in attendance at her show last night (September 27th) at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, CA by bringing out Joe Jonas!

The pair performed the track "This Is Me," which featured in the 2008 Disney movie, Camp Rock.
