Lorde's "Royals" Banned in San Francisco for World Series
Stations KFOG and KOIT have both announced they will not play the song for the duration of the 2014 World Series, which starts Tuesday and will last about a week.

Richards said the powers that be decided to remove the song from KFOG's rotation "as the [Giants] players were chugging beers" Thursday night, following their win against the St. Louis Cardinals to win the Major League Baseball National League pennant.
