Swollen Members Tour Bus Destroyed By Train
Swollen Members’ tour bus was destroyed in Colorado Springs, CO on Monday night after it was hit by an oncoming train.The accident happened just after midnight when the group’s bus got stuck on a railway crossing. Minutes later the railway barrier went down signaling a train was coming, and the three remaining members of the Swollen Members crew had seconds to get out of harm’s way. Fortunately no one was harmed during the crash.
Every Time I Die in Bus Crash
Alternative Press are reporting Every Time I Die have been in a bus accident in Germany.Frontman Keith Buckley posted on Twitter:

Weezer Cancel US Tour Due To Bus Accident
Weezer were forced to cancel their US tour due to a bus accident early Sunday morning outside Amsterdam, New York.The bands tour bus slid on ice and careened out of control before eventually crashing through a guardrail and landing in a ditch. Frontman Rivers Cuomo has been hospitalized at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam, New York, complaining of rib pain, along with his assistant, Sarah Kim, who suffered minor injuries. Cuomo's wife and daughter, as well as a fifth, unidentified passenger, escaped the crash unharmed.
Against Me! in Bus Accident
Against Me! were in a bus accident on their current US tour last week. Drummer Warren Oakes' mother said"At about 6am, Wyoming time, while everyone was safely tucked in their bunks, the bus hit a patch of ice just outside Rawlins, Wyoming and slid - ending up facing the reverse direction in the median.
The trailer, containing all the gear and supplies wobbled and bounced out of control - landing sideways in a snowy ditch. The trailer doors had ripped open, so all around the site of their accident the ground was covered with equipment cases, CDs, boxes of T-shirts, etc."
As a result of the accident the band cancelled the show in Salt Lake City.
Kill Hannah In Bus Accident
Kill Hannah's tour bus has caught on fire, whilst the band on tour in Europe. Powerspace guitarist Tom Schleiter is filling in for the band in the tour and posted a blog saying:"yesterday morning while driving from bologna, italy to paris kill hannahs tour bus caught on fire. (im filling in on guitar for their european tour). everyone got off safely, but within seconds the bus was engulfed in flames. some people lost everything. i was lucky enough to recover my computer, passport, and charred - but sortof working - phone. the bus is completely destroyed, so we are in switzerland waiting for a new bus. everyone is okay though, and everyone is keeping spirits high despite the material losses and having to cancel the paris and belgium shows."
