Spineshank reunite after 5 years

Nu-metal band, Spineshank have returned after a five year break.

Tha band have five songs completed and plans for a new album are on the way.

Drummer Tommy Decker has commented on the bands return:

"It feels right again, were not being pressured to write a single or look a certain way, were doing it because we want to."

"Born, Conform, Repent" one of the new songs has been released on the bands Myspace page.
