Sum 41 Post Update On Deryck Whibley

Sum 41 have posted an update on front man, Deryck Whibley's current state, since being recently attacked in Japan.

"After his attack in japan a few weeks ago deryck has been undergoing physiotherapy and seeing 4 different doctors everyday. He herniated 2 discs, one in his back and one in his neck and has also fractured 2 ribs. Doctors have told him to cancel touring and stay home and rest.

Against their instructions deryck has decided not to cancel the tour and the sold out european tour will happen. The tour starts today in Geneva and the band is very excited to play. "I may not be 100% but I will be giving my best"".
