Jonny Craig Involved in Online Fraud?

According to this article, Dance Gavin Dance and Emarosa's Jonny Craig is said to be involved in committing online fraud, after offering to sell Macbooks via Twitter. However according to the article, Craig has failed to live up to the promise.

Craig has responded on Twitter by stating:

"Funny how my number starts with 859 not 504 lol sorry kids I didn't rip you off. It sucks but I'm not going down for this. Feel me?"

Later adding:

"I can't make this anymore clear I know who I sold shit to. If you sent money to someone how's that my problem? I'm sorry but it's not me!!!"
