Simple Plan Perform "Can't Keep My Hands Off You" Live with Rivers Cuomo

Simple Plan recently appeared at this year's Punkspring festival in Japan and were joined on stage by Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo to perform their 2011 single, "Can't Keep My Hands Off You."
