Ed Sheeran To Headline Wembley Stadium Next Year

Ed Sheeran has announced he will be finishing his current x world tour by headlining Wembley stadium next year.

The singer/songwriter will be the first male solo artist to play the 90,000 capacity venue on his own, with no band on July 10th, 2015.


“I’ve made no secret recently of my ambition to play Wembley Stadium on my own in front of 80,000 people,” he said, “so I am absolutely over the moon to be able to announce it’s going to happen next Summer. It’s going to be amazing, I just can’t wait.’’
