If the next Escape the Fate record turns out to have one half-listenable track on it, we’ll all be "pleasantly surprised," but if, say, the next Brand New album doesn’t live up to its inevitable hype, it’ll be "disappointing". Extreme examples, maybe, but my point is this: leave your expectations of Seahaven at the door, Reverie Lagoon: Music For Escapism Only is different to everything they’ve put out before.

Seahaven have announced they will release their long-awaited new album Reverie Lagoon: Music For Escapism Only on March 25th via Run For Cover Records.

The album was engineered and mixed by Ben Brodin (Bight Eyes, Pete Yorn), and produced by Seahaven frontman Kyle Soto at Mike Mogis' ARC recording studio in Omaha, NE.

Seahaven Announce New 'Silhouette (Latin Skin)' EP; Stream New Song

Seahaven have announced they will release a new EP titled Silhouette (Latin Skin) on January 21st via Run For Cover Records.

The band are streaming the title-track from the three-track release, exclusively over at AV Club.
