ATP! Album Review: Chiodos - Devil

Devil, the fifth studio release from post-hardcore band Chiodos, is an album with a lot to prove. As the first album in seven years with Craig Owens back in the lead singer role and Derrick Frost commanding drums again, there were a few ways that it could have played out. Firstly, it could have been Bone Palace Ballet: The Sequel and while there probably wouldn’t have been many complaints, it would have been a bore. Secondly, it could have buckled under the weight of the pressure, allowing itself to becoming a garbled mess of failed attempts to be unique while simultaneously trying to please everyone. Or, thirdly, it could do exactly as it did - rise to the challenge of the awaiting expectations and not only meet them, but blow them out of the water completely.

Tyler Carter Discusses Possibility Of Joining Isles & Glaciers

Tyler Carter has revealed in a new interview there is a possibility of him joining Isles and Glaciers, but doesn't want to get people's hopes up as there are no plans anytime soon.

"There's been lots of speculation about Isles & Glaciers recently, and a lot of people have said you're in their future. Have you ever been asked to be a part of the band?

Well, me and Craig Owens are pretty good friends. We've lost connection since I've been doing my thing and he's been doing his, but we definitely struck a conversation about Isles & Glaciers a couple times, and I wanted to go forward with writing that, but like I said - I've been doing my thing and he's been doing his. So it's not in the works, but again, the sky's the limit in this industry. It's definitely a possibility, but it's not planned, so I don't want people to get their hopes up."

D.R.U.G.S Legally Cannot Continue Without Craig Owens

In light of the recent news of three members leaving Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows, Matt Good has now revealed that the band were not legally able continue on without vocalist Craig Owens.
