Eminem and Arctic Monkeys to Headline V 2011 Festival
Eminem and Arctic Monkeys will headline the 2011 V Festival on August 20th and 21st on two sites, one in Chelmsford and one in Staffordshire.Full line-up so far here:

The Pretty Reckless have confirmed to play this year's V Festival.The band will open the 4 Music stage on Saturday, August 21st at Hylands Park and Sunday, August 22nd at Weston Park.
Matt and Kim To Play V Festival
Matt and Kim have been confirmed to play this year's V Festival.The duo will play the Virgin Media Union stage on Saturday (August 21st) at Hylands Park and Sunday (August 22nd) at Weston Park.
Lights Announces UK Dates
Lights has announced a string of dates next month including an appearance at this years V Festival.Dates as follows:
August 22nd - V Festival Staffordshire
August 23rd - V Festival Chelmsford
August 24th - Cardiff Barfly
August 25th - London Islington Academy
V Festival 2009 Tickets on Sale Next Week
Tickets for the 2009 V Festival are set to go on sale just days after this year’s event. A limited number of tickets will be sold from 10am on Tuesday (August 18) at this year's prices.
Festival Director Simon Moran said "We're really happy to give fans the chance to buy tickets for next year's festival at this year’s prices. With a great line-up every year they are guaranteeing their place at what will be a fantastic festival with a storming line-up, although this year will take some beating! We're looking forward to it already."
The 2009 line-up will be announced early next year.
