Alter The Press! Presents: Junior Astronomers

Charlotte, NC quintet Junior Astronomers make a frenzied yet well-rounded sound with their alt/indie rock style that has seen the band share the stage with the likes of Colour Revolt, O'Brother, Look Mexico, Harvard, and Algernon Cadwallader.

Tracks like 'Dying Rhythms' and 'Settle Down' have a favourable tight yet loose sound that simultaneously shows a mature and progressive sound. Along with a relentless approach towards touring, expect to hear more from Junior Astronomers this year.

For Fans Of: The Strokes, Modest Mouse and Minus the Bear.

Alter The Press: Why should Alter The Press! readers check you out?
Junior Astronomers: Because we've got soul and we're super bad. And I mean, c'mon...you're on the internet already.
