Ali Dean Rejoins Architects

Bassist Ali Dean has rejoined Architects.

Dean posted the following statement:

"Hey everyone!

I'm very happy to be able to say that I'm back!

Being able to stay at home for the past few months have given my family and I the opportunity adjust to what happened last year and I know it's done us all a lot of good.

After missing out on the few tours that the guys did without me I felt pretty bad about not being a part of the band anymore, it was something that I constantly thought about but I knew that I needed to take at least some time off to deal with things back home.

Now things are moving forward for my family and this is what I need to be doing!

I also want to thank you all for the support you gave me when it was announced that I was leaving the band, it really meant a lot and helped me through a pretty rough time!

See you all soon!

Ex-Man Overboard Guitarist Rejoins

Former Man Overboard guitarist Wayne Wildrick has rejoined the band permanently. Wildrick's first show back with the band will at this weekends Bamboozle Festival.

Wildrcik posted the following message:

"Anxiety has always been something I have struggled with and in August I lost the fight. Fortunately enough I have been blessed with amazing friends who ride out for me. This band was my family for many years and I don’t know where I would be in life without it. I would also like to take this time to thank Jesse, Kenmore, Rise, Run For Cover, and everyone else who has supported Man Overboard since day 1. See you at Bamboozle."

Austin Carlile has rejoined Of Mice and Men, whilst Alan Ashby has replaced Phil Manansala on guitars. The band will begin working on a new album next month.

John Nolan + Shaun Cooper Rejoin Taking Back Sunday?

It seems judging by an image on the band's official website that former members, John Nolan and Shaun Cooper have rejoined Taking Back Sunday.

Along with the news earlier of bassist Matt Rubano leaving, guitarist Matt Fazzi has announced he is also leaving the band.

"To everyone in the TBS family, it is with great sadness I am announcing today that I am no longer a part of Taking Back Sunday. The last 2 years with Taking Back Sunday have been beyond a dream come true, from touring and playing with bands that I really admire, to playing new places all around the world, to meeting and working with so many wonderful people along the way. It’s something that I never once took for granted and that I will never forget. I want to thank Eddie, Matt, Adam and Mark for giving me the chance to play and make music with them, if even for a short while. We’ve accomplished a lot in a short time that I will forever be proud of. Thanks to everyone involved for making this such a beautiful experience for me, especially YOU, the fans. You have been so warm and receptive to me since I joined and for this I am forever grateful. As for me, I will continue on with my own music and I hope to see some of your smiling faces around soon."

Set Your Goals guitarist rejoins

Set Your Goals have announced that previous guitarist, Dan Coddaire, has rejoined the band who initially left in 2006.

The band are currently writing the follow up to their previous release, Mutiny!
