ATP! Album Review: Blessthefall – Hollow Bodies
The record opens with "Exodus," a thrilling introductory track with an eerie electronic opening to shows the listeners the hostile and empty wasteland for which this album will take place. The track really shines by the varying tempos that both present the themes of the album as well the emphasis on both Beau Bokan and Jared Warth’s vocal styles, which lead perfectly in to the albums confrontational single "You Wear A Crown, But You’re No King." Both tracks really show the muscle of the entire album. The juxtaposition of Bokan and Warth in this track are cleverly showcased from the band contributing dark and hard-hitting arrangements for Warth, while taking time to slow down for Bokan to provide a moment to breathe before he provides the clean reasons for the dirty deeds of the so-called “King.”

As much as we hate reporting bad news, blessthefall had their van broken into last night (December 13th) in St. Louis, MO.The band's backpacks, money, laptops and passports were all stolen. blessthefall frontman Beau Bokan has revealed in a new interview that him and his wife LIGHTS plan on making music together at some point eventually. Check out what Bokan had to say below."Can you imagine working together creatively?
I think so. It’s something we have been talking about more and more. Right at the beginning everyone was like, “You guys should do a song together!” But we decided together we’ve never do anything just because somebody wanted us to. It would have to be something that came naturally and would be awesome for us to do. It’s a possibility for sure. She records all of her own music, she has her own studio, she tracks all of her own stuff – so we were talking about maybe me recording some blessthefall demo vocals in the bedroom or something to start [laughs]. Our whole dynamic is really amazing and something I never thought could really happen. I’m super excited about all the possibilities. I mean, I wish I had half of her talent, but I’ll do what I can do. She takes so much pride in what she does, and I think in her vein of music, very few people do it like does with the passion she has."

blessthefall's van was broken into last weekend in Montreal.The band posted the following message via Facebook:
"So, last night in Montreal our van was broken into and 3 bags were stolen. Matt's plaid black and white Hurley backpack, Elliott's plain blac backpack and Dreds black Under Armor backpack. Contents were brand new MacBooks, iPods, a passport and the flipcam. So unfortunately there will be no tour video from this tour. :-(
If anyone has information about our stuff, please let us know. We were parked behind Foufs bar/club in Montreal last night."
