Burn The Fleet will release a new single, 'River Song' on May 9th. The single includes a cover of Alexisonfire's 'Happiness By The Killowatt' and a dubstep remix of 'River Song'.

The single will be available as a free download from burnthefleet.bandcamp.com.

Single Review: Burn The Fleet - Black Holes

Following on from their self-titled release from earlier this year, Southampton's Burn The Fleet's latest offering, 'Black Holes' is more subtly darker, atmospheric number with neater production that brings out the best for all those involved, especially vocalist Andrew Convey, who brings an edgy, melodic element to the bands alt-rock sound.

Southampton's Burn The Fleet are starting to slowly make a name for themselves in the UK independent scene and now being part of the up and coming Walnut Tree family, things can only get better.

If you're fan of passionate Thrice-like rock then you will swiftly become a fan of Burn The Fleet, as these 5 songs are filled with riffs, thumping percussion and strong melodies. 'Conduits' and 'Nautilus' set the tone, with dark, thriving numbers that flow from one to the next, with the latter easing off towards the end and adds a hint of variation.
