This Time Next Year To Record New Album w/ Chad Gilbert

As a result of scheduling, the band have pulled out of their upcoming US tour with Daytrader and Transit.
The band made the following statement:
"We’re bummed to have to cancel the upcoming tour with Transit and Daytrader. They are great friends of ours and helped us out a ton with setting up this tour. They will still be doing the tour and Into It. Over It. has been added to several of the dates. They will be really great shows and we hope that you can all still make it out and support our friends.
We hope you all know that we would never cancel a show or tour unless we had a great reason for it. We’ve been writing and demoing for a while now and have been anxious to get into the studio, so when the opportunity to record with Chad presented itself, we couldn’t pass it up. We start pre-production in early January and couldn’t be more excited to record our new music. Thank you so much to everyone who has expressed interest in our band and in the tour. We promise to make it up to those who planned on coming out to the East Coast shows and are looking forward to sharing our new album with everyone in the new year."

Deryck Whibley to Produce TheAudition's New Album

Drummer Ryan O’Connor told Rock Sound:
"We talked to a bunch of producers before we got hooked up with Deryck from Sum 41. We hit it off instantly, he has a totally different outlook than any other producer we have worked with, he is really all about song writing and making sure all the songs are ready and that we have taken our time to put everything into them."
