Dustin Kensrue of Thrice has announced he is currently recording a new EP for a new project, Joybringer.

Kensrue posted the following message:

Dustin Kensrue Christmas Album Vinyl Release

Dustin Kensrue's Christmas album, 'This Good Night Is Still Everywhere' will be released on limited edition vinyl on November 9th through Vagrant Records.

Dustin Kensrue, Matt Pryor, Chris Conley and Anthony Raneri will be playing five "Where's The Band?" East Coast dates in December.

Dec 9 -- Baltimore, MD -- Ottobar
Dec 10 -- Philadelphia, PA -- The Trocadero
Dec 11 -- Brooklyn, NY -- Music Hall of Williamsburg

ATP! Acoustic Session: Thrice

Whilst in the UK for the 2010 Reading and Leeds Festival, Dustin Kensrue of Thrice recorded an acoustic session for Alter The Press, prior to their sold out show at the Camden Electric Ballroom.

Dustin performed the tracks, 'In Exile' and 'Beggars', both taken from the band's 2009 release, 'Beggars'.

Thrice To Head Into Studio Soon

According to this interview, Thrice's Dustinn Kensrue says the band are set to head back into the studio soon and that he will be working on a second solo album. However he says a new Thrice record is likely to come first.

Kensrue states:

"... I don’t think it will be before the band’s next record. I just have to work out when the material is actually going to be released and when I’ll have time to record when I’m not busy with the band."

The West Coast US dates of the 2010, 'Where's The Band?' tour have been unveiled.

The tour will feature Dustin Matt Pryor (The Get Up Kids), Dustin Kensrue (Thrice), Chris Conley (Saves The Day) and Anthony Raneri (Bayside).

Dates as follows:

8th - House of Blues San Diego, CA
9th - House of Blues Anaheim, CA

Thrice Frontman Posts Solo Christmas Song

Dustin Kensrue of Thrice has posted "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)", a track which is from his forthcoming Christmas-themed album, "This Good Night Is Still Everywhere", which is due out on November 18th.

Thrice Frontman Announces New Release

Thrice frontman Dustin Kensrue is planning on releasing an online-only album in mid-November. The release will be called "This Good Night Is Still Everywhere" and will contain eight covers and two Christman originals.
