Final Crime In Stereo Show Details
Crime In Stereo will be playing one last show on January 14th at the Bergen Point Country Club in West Babylon, Long Island. The band have given the following message about the show:
"The truly last and final Crime In Stereo show will be at Bergen Point Country Club in West Babylon, Long Island on Friday, January 14th. Just so no one feels kept in the dark, the reason why we regrettably had to turn people away from CIS' Nov 21st show was due to the cops preventing us from letting everyone who'd purchased tickets from entering the venue, which we feel terrible about.
In light of this, we've decided to have one last show. Here's the deal:
- Everyone who had a ticket for the Nov 21st show at Ethical and did NOT get into the show should e-mail CISLASTSHOW@GMAIL.COM to RSVP for the January 14th show by 12 noon EST on January 2nd. If you RSVP by 12 noon EST on Jan 2nd, your ticket from the last show will be honored for the Jan 14th show.
- If, however, you had a ticket for the Nov 21st show and cannot attend the Jan 14th show, please contact the same e-mail address and you get either get a refund or transfer that ticket to someone else.
- AFTER 12 noon EST on January 2nd, we will be selling all remaining tickets for the January 14th show until they're all sold out here: http://liecc.com/.
If you have any questions that haven't been addressed above, please email CISLASTSHOW@GMAIL.COM. Thank you..."

Crime In Stereo Reunite For One Off Covers Show
The recently disbanded Crime In Stereo will be playing a one-off covers show on October 15th, at the Bergen Point Country Club in West Babylon, New York.Exclusive Interview: Daytrader
Sometimes, some good can come out of bad situations, and this is definitely a perfect example to go by. When Long Island heroes, Crime In Stereo, decided to call it a day, in August 2010, it left a temporary hole in the scene, until now. Shortly after the band released their official statement, it was mentioned that bassist, Gary Cioni, had started a new band (along with members of: Bridge and Tunnel, The Motorcycle Industry, Latterman and Divider.) A few weeks later, after releasing a string of demos, they were already being dubbed a "buzz" band.In their first interview, Daytrader guitarist, Gary Cioni, spoke to Alter The Press exclusively about: how the band originally came together, the response to the band so far, signing to Run For Cover Records, their debut release and more.
Alter The Press: How did the band get together?
Gary Cioni (guitar): Daytrader first started writing in June of 2010. At first it was just Pat (Schrammand, drums) and I writing a bunch of songs and feeling each other out musically. Tym (vocals) is a good friend of mine and we had been talking about starting a band together for years so it worked out rather nicely. After a few weeks of writing Pat brought Jon (Murray, bass) into the band to play bass and about a month after that Mike (Weiss, guitar) joined the band.
Daytrader Sign To Run For Cover Records
